Monique Zizzy, Registered Nutritionist (RHN)
Interested in pursuing nutrition to compliment my marketing and health promotion background I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutrition (RHN). I have been fortunate to have worked closely with Physicians and different health professionals in clinical settings for man years. Currently, I combine my marketing and communications experience and nutrition to make big changes in both individual clients lives and whole organizations health strategies.
For me, nutrition fits into every aspect of our day and lives. As a mother of two young girls and wife to a busy husband, I am passionate about children and women’s health.
My idea of a perfect day is spending it being active with a run or swim in the summer or a great day skiing in the winter. Passionate about food from different cultures my day is most certainly followed by a delicious meal I cook up in my kitchen for my family and friends or trying out a new unique restaurant.
