When you receive treatment from our team,  you can be assured you are in good hands. Our physiotherapists are professionals with a personal touch, you will receive confidential treatment in a supportive environment.

Monique Zizzy, Registered Nutritionist (RHN)

For me, nutrition fits into every aspect of our day and lives. As a mother of two young girls and wife to a busy husband, I am passionate about children and women’s health.
My idea of a perfect day is spending it being active with a run or swim in the summer or a great day skiing in the winter. Passionate about food from different cultures my day is most certainly followed by a delicious meal I cook up in my kitchen for my family and friends or trying out a new unique restaurant.
