Cheryl Leia | Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist & Founder of Physiotiques

Hi there, I’m Cheryl! I have been working in pelvic health for 10 years and founded Physiotiques in 2015, and have been a practicing physiotherapist for over 30 years. I’m well respected for my extensive knowledge of how our bodies work (which includes pelvic health), and my compassionate, caring, and straightforward treatment style. Having had two C-sections myself, plus a VBAC, chronic headaches, and multiple sports injuries, it’s safe to say I understand women’s and pelvic health issues intimately.

Empathetic, knowledgeable, and always professional (with a side of light-hearted humour!), I strive to make talking about pelvic health concerns easy and comfortable. I believe that working in people’s pelvic health is the best job in the world— and I think it shows!

Cheryl is accepting patients for:

  • 1:1 Online Physiotherapy Appointments, Recommended we see each other online for your first appointment.
  • 1:1 In-Person Appointments
  • Core & Pelvic Floor Course (Online or In-Person)
  • Healthy Pregnancy: A Physiotherapy Workshop
